General Terms of Delivery

Article 1 – Delivery Provider

All orders are shipped from Morocco via our logistics partner DHL. Delivery times and methods depend on the destination country and DHL’s available services.

Article 2 – Delivery Areas

We ship our products to most countries served by DHL. If delivery to a specific destination is not possible, the customer will be informed prior to the final confirmation of the order.

Article 3 – Delivery Times

Delivery times are provided by DHL for reference only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and any events beyond our control. We shall not be held liable for any delay caused by DHL, customs authorities, or any case of force majeure.

Article 4 – Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are indicated at the time of order and are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the package.

Article 5 – Customs Duties and Import Taxes

In accordance with international regulations, all customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees requested by the authorities of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer agrees to settle these fees directly with the competent authorities or with the carrier (DHL) upon delivery. The seller cannot be held responsible for any blockage, delay, or delivery refusal resulting from non-payment of such fees.

Article 6 – Order Tracking

A DHL tracking number will be provided to the customer as soon as the order is shipped. The customer can track the shipment in real time on the official DHL website.

Article 7 – Receipt of Packages

The customer must check the condition of the package upon delivery and, if necessary, make any reservations with the carrier before signing the delivery note. Any anomaly (damaged package, missing product, etc.) must be reported to the seller within 48 hours of receipt.

Article 8 – Liability

The seller’s responsibility ends once the package has been handed over to DHL. From that moment, transportation, compliance with delivery times, and customs clearance are under the responsibility of DHL and the authorities of the destination country.
