Preliminary Article
Botanica Alma (hereinafter Botanica Alma SARL) sells Botanica Alma products in France and internationally.
Anxious to always better meet the expectations of its customers, Botanica Alma SARL has set up a distance selling network by telephone and online (Internet).
The list of Botanica Alma articles available for distance selling is available on the website www.botanicaalma.com.
The system thus set up is in line with the requirements for distance selling and, in particular, Articles L. 111-1, L.113-3 and L.121-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
Planet Product SARL does not carry out any telephone solicitation of its customers or prospects; therefore, provisions of the Consumer Code applicable to door-to-door sales (Articles L.121-21 et seq. and L.121-27) are not applicable to these transactions.
Use of the distance selling process described herein is reserved exclusively for consumers acting on their own account.
Article 1 : Application Scope
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded either through the Customer Relations Department of Botanica Alma SARL or via the website www.botanicaalma.com, for delivery in Europe, America, Middle East and Asia.
- Telephone sales: concluded subject to acceptance of these sales conditions by the customer.
- Electronic sales: order validation constitutes full acceptance of these conditions.
In accordance with Article 1369-1 of the Civil Code, these terms can be saved or printed from www.arganpalace.com or www.botanicaalma.com.

Article 3 : Relative Information about Articles
Information on all Botanica Alma SARL articles is available on www.botanicaalma.com, in compliance with Articles L.111-1 and L.113-3 of the Consumer Code and the Ministerial Decree of December 3, 1987.
Article 4 : Orders of Articles
4.1 Telephone Orders
Orders are received in French or English via the Customer Relations Department, Monday to Saturday (9:00 am – 5:00 pm, except holidays).
4.2 Internet Orders
Orders can also be placed via www.botanicaalma.com. Telecommunication costs are borne by the customer.
- Photos and descriptions are indicative only.
- Customers must create an account for their first order.
- Orders are confirmed electronically after validation.
4.3 Refusal of Orders
Botanica Alma SARL may refuse abnormal or fraudulent orders, or orders from customers with prior payment disputes.
4.4 Cancellation / Modification
- In case of delay/absence, care remains due but transfer is forfeited.
- Cancellation or postponement must be requested at least 48 hours in advance (excluding Sundays).
- Requests under 48 hours remain at the discretion of the Professional.
Article 5 : Price of Articles
Prices are exclusive of taxes and shipping. The customer receives a written confirmation of the paid price and delivery charges upon delivery (Article L.121-19 of the Consumer Code).
Article 6 : Payment Terms
- Secure card payment via Paypal
- Paypal payment: handled on PayPal’s secure platform.
Article 7 : Delivery
- Delivery to the address indicated on the order form.
- The customer must ensure accuracy of information provided.
- Planet Product is not liable for carrier delays or strikes.
- Email notification is sent when package is dispatched.
- Delivery worldwide by DHL.
Article 8 : Satisfaction or Refund – Right of Withdrawal
Customers may return items within 7 days of delivery, in original condition, with return voucher and invoice copy, to: Botanica Alma SARL – Customer Relations, Villa Sis A Douar Alma, Commune Et Caïdat Aourir - Agadir 80000, Morocco.
Refunds are made within 30 days by bank transfer. Items that are incomplete, damaged, opened or soiled will not be refunded.
Article 9 : Exchange
Incomplete, damaged or soiled items are not exchangeable. Exchanges via Customer Relations are subject to these general terms.
Article 10 : Compliance – Warranty
Customers must ensure delivered items match their order and notify Customer Relations if not.
Article 11 : Intellectual Property Rights
The Botanica Alma brand, logos, illustrations, designs, and models remain the exclusive property of Botanica Alma SARL. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
Article 12 : Disputes – Applicable Law
These terms are subject to Moroccan law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan commercial courts. Customers may first seek amicable resolution via consumer associations or legal counsel.
